Chairman’s Introduction (extract) – 10 Years of Sustainable Social Investment in Ireland

During our 10 years of business since 2001, UCIT’s loan fund has assisted over 200 comunity organization, charities and social enterprises in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland through providing loan finance totalling in excess of £30 million.  Currently, UCIT has in excess of £17 million in capital under management, which is supporting local job creation, community engagement and economic development in areas of the Republic of Ireland and many cities, towns and villages in Northern Ireland.  To access full report please click here
